I looked into this bird on the Internet and it looks like it might be a Red Crossbill. It says it is not often seen in the Yukon in the winter. I think you should of shot it with the crossbow just as a warning to other crossbills…

I think I incorrectly identified this bird. It is more likely to be a Pine Grosbeak, which is not rare in the Yukon during the winter. Since it is not rare, you should not shoot it. haha.
